We aim to give you the opportunity to love an item in person before committing to it. If you're not in love with an item and have not worn it, request a complimentary return label within 3 days of receiving it and return your unused item within 5 days from the time of it's arrival for store credit redeemable on our website www.houseofcarver.com. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent and security tags must not have been removed or tampered with. Purchases outside the US and items marked final sale (specifically all clutches) are not available for exchange.
