We recommend this shipping type based on item size, type and fragility.

Return Policy
Please request a complimentary return label within 3 days of receiving your item. Items can be returned for store credit within 5 business days of receipt. Security tags must remain intact and the bag must be in the same condition as received.
Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time on the site:
We aim to give you the opportunity to love an item in person before committing to it.  If you're not in love with an item and have not worn it, request a complimentary return label within 3 days of receiving it and return your unused item within 5 days from the time of it's arrival for store credit redeemable on our website The item must be in the same condition as it was sent and security tags must not have been removed or tampered with. Purchases outside the US and items marked final sale (specifically all clutches) are not available for exchange.

You can send your item back to us up to 3 months after receipt and have one of our luxury experts care for your bag should anything happen to it.  We work only with industry experts that have more than 20 years of experience servicing luxury items and have been sub-contracted by exclusive luxury brands.  As long as you get the item to us we'll worry about the rest.  We'll send you a timeline and status reports and provide free shipping back to you so you can have your item back at its best.
