Please request a complimentary return label within 3 days of receiving your item. Items can be returned for store credit within 3 business days of receipt. Security tags must remain intact and the bag must be in the same condition as received.

The item must be in the same condition as it was sent and security tags must not have been removed or tampered with. Purchases outside the US and items marked final sale (specifically all clutches) are not available for exchange.
