1. You may pre-order a specific bag found on a celebrity by filling out this form. Make sure to include the name of the bag and specific details such as color and hardware in your message. You will receive a confirmation of your special request with a photo of the bag you requested within 24 hours.  

2. Once you confirm the bag is correct, a special request pre-order invoice will be sent to you within 5 business days of receiving your request.

Note: Our merchandising team strives to seek out your special request bag in excellent condition and will let you know in advance the exact condition of the item.   

3. You should receive your bag within 21 days or less of completing your pre-order invoice. You will receive a tracking number for your bag as soon as it has shipped to you via Fedex or DHL.
